Common questions about sourcing, verification, escrow, and disputes.

How does supplier verification work?

Suppliers submit business licenses, tax documents, factory photos and videos, plus compliance certificates. Our operations team reviews each application and issues one of four badges: Registered, Verified Business, Verified Factory, or Premium Audited. Badges appear on every profile and search result.

How does escrow payment work?

When you accept a quote, we collect full payment into MiniQ escrow (not released to the supplier). Milestones are set at contract (e.g. sample approval → production → shipment). As you confirm each milestone, funds are released to the supplier. MiniQ's transaction fee (2-5%) is deducted at disbursement.

What if a supplier misrepresents their factory?

Use the Report button on any supplier page or open a formal dispute on your order. Our operations team investigates — funds remain held in escrow while the case is under review.

Can I source from multiple suppliers at once?

Yes. When creating an RFQ, enable broadcast to send to up to 50 relevant suppliers, or select specific suppliers manually.

Are non-US buyers supported?

Yes — buyer registration is open globally. Primary launch markets for Phase 1 are U.S. D2C brands and mid-market buyers.
