Terms of Service

MiniQ Group, Inc. operates the miniq.app B2B sourcing marketplace. Your use of the platform is subject to the rules outlined below, which govern registration, listing, RFQ submission, quoting, escrow payments, and disputes.

1. Eligibility

You must be an authorized representative of a legitimate business or legally able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

2. Verification

MiniQ issues verification badges based on submitted documents. Badges reflect a point-in-time assessment and do not guarantee contractual performance.

3. Escrow

Funds held in escrow are released based on buyer-confirmed milestones. MiniQ transaction fees are deducted at disbursement. Disputes are investigated by MiniQ operations.

4. Prohibited conduct

  • Listing infringing, counterfeit, or illegal products
  • Off-platform payments for orders introduced via MiniQ
  • Misrepresenting factory capabilities, certifications, or location
